Dr. Maki Narita had the honor and privilege to speak at her alma mater Showa University about her life after graduating from Showa, moving to the US, finishing dental school and postgraduate studies, and opening her practice with her sister Dr. Mie Narita.
真季先生が母校の昭和大学で、学生向けに「LAでデンタルオフィスを開業、UCLAで講義をする昭和大学卒業生のはなし」という題名で、昭和大学卒業後、アメリカに渡りUSC歯学部そしてUCSF歯周病専門医の大学院を卒業し、成田美栄先生と成田ファミリーデンタルを開業した話をさせて頂きました。この様な機会を下さった昭和大学に感謝します。
真季先生がボストンで行われた第１０３回アメリカ歯周病学会で講演しました。講演内容は、新卒の歯周病専門医としての役割、心構え、一般歯科医(GP)からの依頼にどう応えるかについて、お話ししました。
Dr. Maki Narita had the honor and privilege to speak at the 103rd American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) meeting in Boston on 9/12/17. Dr. Maki shared her experiences to help newer periodontists acclimate to their roles as specialists.
虫歯予防システムのCAMBRAの研修がヨシダさんの企画で、本家本元のカリフォルニア州立大学サンフランシスコ校(UCSF)とパシフィック大学(UOP)の歯学部で行われました。美栄先生と真季先生がその講義・研修の逐次通訳を担当しました。
Dr. Mie Narita and Dr. Maki Narita worked with the Yoshida Corporation and notable Japanese dental professionals towards a goal to incorporate in Japan the preventive dentistry system, CAMBRA. The meetings were held this past June at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentisty and at the University of the Pacific (UOP) School of Dentistry.
